This Privacy Policy applies when the Share feature in LajiFilm is disabled. In this mode, the App operates locally on your device and does not create accounts or upload your content to our servers.

1. Who we are
- LajiFilm is a camera and film simulation app. In this configuration, social/sharing features are not available.
- Developer: Replace with your legal name/company.
2. Data we collect
- We do not collect personal data or create user accounts.
- We do not upload your photos, videos, or LUT files to our servers.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
3. Device permissions and on‑device data
- Camera and microphone: Used to capture photos/videos.
- Photos/Media/Storage: Used to save media to your device and to import/export LUTs you choose.
- Media location (optional): On iOS, location permission may be requested to save media with location data; on Android, the app may read embedded EXIF location if present. Location data remains in your media files; we do not collect or analyze it. If you share a file outside the App, any embedded metadata may accompany it.
4. How we use information
- Provide on-device functionality (capture, edit, apply LUTs).
- We do not use your data for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Storage and retention
- Your media and settings are stored locally on your device.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children below the age required by local law (e.g., 13 in the U.S., 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post updates and revise the “Effective date.”
